What data we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, the main use you choose (optional) and the page language. We also store the sign-up date. To prevent abuse we briefly use an irreversible code derived from your IP address (not the IP itself).
What we use it for
Only to tell you about early access to Secretar.IA and to understand which uses people care about. We do not use it for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep it
Until access opens and we notify you, or until you ask for deletion. If there is no news within 24 months, we will delete it.
Who it is shared with
It is not passed to third parties. It is stored on the servers of our web hosting provider (Hostinger), which acts as a processor.
Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data by writing to the contact address. If you think we handle it badly, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country.
Cookies and storage
This site uses no tracking or analytics cookies. It only stores in your browser, without sending it to any server, the look (Aura or Nocturne) and the language you choose.
The demo
The demo on this site runs in your browser with sample data: the answers never leave it, and we neither receive nor store your voice or your text. If you use the microphone, your own browser does the dictation; in Chrome or Edge, the audio is processed by Google’s or Microsoft’s speech service under their own policies.
